Ask for an outcome
approve what matters

For recruiters who would rather ask a question than click through several screens. Jenny, the assistant inside your workspace, answers from your own records, ranks candidates and drafts work through the same tools and permissions you have. Anything that sends, imports or moves a candidate waits for your confirmation.

Status in productionAvailableAvailable in production. Company and people search needs an Apollo account, key and credit price; until then it returns a labelled sample.

The problem

The answer is spread across every tab

“Which shortlisted candidates still need a follow-up?” is a simple question with a tedious answer: open the job, open the pipeline, open the tasks, cross-check the notes. Recruitment software stores the facts but leaves you to assemble them.

An assistant can do that assembling. It should not quietly do more — move a candidate, import a list of companies or send a campaign — because a sentence was ambiguous.

What changes

  • Ask in plain words and get answers built from the records in your workspace, with links to the records themselves.
  • Rank candidates for a job and get a fit review — mandatory criteria met, to verify or not met, strengths, risks and questions to ask.
  • Have a job description drafted from a short brief, or a campaign with one personal e-mail per recipient, ready for your review.
  • Every step Jenny takes is shown as it happens, so you can see which records it used.
  • Actions with consequences arrive as a confirmation card; nothing happens until you press Confirm.
  • Open the chat from the astronaut in the corner of your workspace, and drop a CV or vacancy straight into it.

Which candidates fit the Senior Financial Controller role, and what should I verify?

JennyCandidate A and Candidate B meet every must-have on record. Candidate A has the stronger consolidation evidence; SAP is not mentioned in the CV. Candidate B’s notice period is unknown.

Move Candidate A from Sourced to Screening for Senior Financial Controller

  • One pipeline stage change
  • Works once · expires after 15 minutes
Illustrative — fictional data
A question answered from workspace records, and a stage move that waits for your confirmation.

How it works

  1. 01

    Ask

Type a question or the outcome you want, such as “which candidates fit the controller role, and what should I verify?”

  2. 02

    Watch the steps

Jenny looks up jobs, candidates, companies, pipelines, tasks and campaigns, and shows each step as it runs.

  3. 03

    Review the work

Job descriptions and campaigns are saved as drafts. Smaller actions, such as creating a task or adding a candidate at Sourced, are listed in the conversation.

  4. 04

    Confirm what matters

Sending a campaign, importing companies or moving a candidate to another stage comes back as a card that says what will happen.

  5. 05

    Executed once

A confirmation is signed for your workspace and role, works once and expires after 15 minutes. Cancel, and nothing is done.

You provide

  • A question or an outcome in plain words
  • The records already in your workspace: jobs, candidates, companies, contacts, pipelines, tasks and campaigns
  • Your confirmation for actions with consequences

Jenny produces

  • Answers with links to the underlying records
  • Ranked candidates with fit reviews: verdict, strengths, risks and questions to ask
  • Drafts: job descriptions, campaigns with one e-mail per recipient, editable message templates
  • Follow-up tasks, pipeline additions and company profile updates, plus confirmation cards for consequential actions
  • A prioritised briefing across tasks, interviews, pipeline, invoices and opportunities for your role

Sources and their status

Your Jenny workspaceAvailableJobs, candidates, companies, contacts, pipelines, tasks, campaigns and finance figures — from your own workspace only.
Company and people search (Apollo)Needs setupThe connector is in the product but needs an Apollo account, key and credit price. Until then the assistant returns a labelled sample, which is never imported.

What it depends on

  • Claude, from Anthropic, as the AI provider; daily AI usage limits apply per workspace.
  • An Apollo account, key and credit price for live company and people search; until then results are a labelled sample.
  • An e-mail provider with a verified sending domain before a confirmed campaign send is really delivered.

Approval and privacy controls

  • Sending a campaign, importing companies and moving a candidate to another stage never run directly: they wait for a signed, single-use confirmation from you.
  • The assistant acts only through the same tools and checks as the workspace screens, and reads only your own workspace — never another agency’s records.
  • Confirming a campaign send in the chat does not skip the campaign’s own approval step.
  • Placements are confirmed in the workspace with their terms, never by the assistant, and rejecting or withdrawing a candidate needs a reason.

Current limitations

  • Jenny works on what is recorded in your workspace. It does not read your mailbox or your calendar.
  • Company and people search returns a labelled sample until Apollo is connected with an account, key and credit price, so prospects found through the assistant cannot be imported yet.
  • Campaign sends are recorded as simulated until an e-mail provider with a verified sending domain is connected, and opens and replies are not tracked.
  • Separate permissions per team member are limited today: plan as if anyone on your team can ask the assistant about any record in the workspace.
  • The assistant acts when you ask; it does not run on a schedule of its own. Recurring job searches are handled by saved searches.

Questions about ai recruitment assistant

What can I ask Jenny?

Questions about your jobs, candidates, clients, pipelines, tasks, campaigns and finance. You can also ask for work: rank or review candidates for a job, draft a job description from a brief, create a follow-up task, add a candidate to a pipeline or prepare a campaign. Without a specific question, ask for the briefing to see what needs attention.

Can Jenny move candidates or send e-mails by itself?

No. Those actions come back as a confirmation card describing exactly what will happen. Only your Confirm executes them, once, and an unused confirmation expires after 15 minutes. A campaign also keeps its own approval step.

Does the assistant see everything in the workspace?

It sees the records of your own workspace and nothing from any other agency. It goes through the same checks as the screens, so it cannot reach data the workspace itself does not show. Separate permissions per team member are limited today, so treat anything in the workspace as something any colleague could ask it about.

How does it decide which candidates fit?

Ranking uses Jenny’s rule-based matching on recorded skills, languages, experience, location, availability and budget. For a short list, an AI fit review adds a verdict, strengths, risks and questions to ask, with mandatory criteria shown as met, to verify or not met. Unknowns stay unknown.

Which AI does it use?

Claude, from Anthropic, working with 26 workspace tools. If the AI provider is not available, the assistant says so and answers from deterministic rules instead.
