Fair use in Jenny Complete
Complete is priced for everyday recruiting work by the people on your plan — there is no monthly allowance to track and no credits to buy. Every workspace has a usage safety limit to stop runaway use; if your team regularly needs more, we agree it with you first.
All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. Quarterly and annual prices are shown per month; the amount billed is shown under each price.
Optional third-party data, such as verified contact details from an external provider, is never bought without a price shown up front and your approval.
Standard onboarding is included. Complex migrations and custom integrations are quoted separately.
Jenny Bot early access is not part of these plans; we agree its scope with each early-access agency.
Jenny Intelligence, the browser companion, is in development and has no price yet. Jenny Light below is today’s entry plan.

What is Jenny?
Jenny is an AI digital recruiter for recruitment agencies in the US and Europe, built by Forti8. Today she rediscovers candidates you already know, matches CVs to vacancies and vacancies to candidates, finds companies that are hiring and prepares introductions for your review — alongside your CRM or ATS. Jenny Bot, the next step, lets her carry out whole tasks on her own cloud computer.
What is Jenny Bot?
Jenny Bot is Jenny working on her own: you give her an objective, and she plans the steps, researches on her own cloud computer, works with your agency’s data and brings back results with sources — while you decide what she can access and which actions need your approval.
Is Jenny Bot available?
Not yet. Jenny Bot is being built with our first agencies; request early access and we’ll be in touch by e-mail. Matching, database rediscovery, prospecting and reviewed drafts work in Jenny today, and you can try the matching live on this site.
Does Jenny use my laptop?
No. Jenny Bot works in an isolated browser on a cloud computer that is opened for the task and closed when it ends. Control of your own computer isn’t part of the first release; if it comes later, it will only run in sessions you start and can stop at any time.
Can I review Jenny’s work?
Yes. Every result comes with its sources, and every Jenny Bot task keeps a record of each step it took. Messages, sharing candidate details and changes to your records wait for your approval.
Does Jenny replace my CRM or ATS, and which systems does she work with?
No, she works alongside it. Today you bring data in with a CSV export from any CRM or ATS: candidates, companies, applications and notes, with column mapping, a preview and duplicate checks (CV files are added separately). Nothing is written back. A native connector depends on your system’s API and the access you grant; none exists yet, and we build them on request rather than promise compatibility. If you’d rather have everything in one place, Jenny Complete includes its own CRM and ATS.
Does a strong match mean the candidate is interested?
No. A strong match means your records support the vacancy’s criteria — often from an earlier process. It says nothing about whether the person is interested or available today, so you confirm that first. When you match a vacancy against your database, the score measures how well the recorded evidence covers the criteria: relevance, not a probability of being hired. What is unknown stays “to verify”.
Which sources does Jenny search?
Your own database first: candidate records, recruiter notes, evaluations, interview feedback, application history and reviewed CVs. For vacancies, LinkedIn’s public job listings — the only job source connected today. For candidates outside your database, LinkedIn Recruiter through Unipile on a seat connected by Forti8 (early access), or a LinkedIn Recruiter CSV export. Other job boards are not connected.
Can I tell Jenny what matters for a search?
Yes. On every CV and vacancy setup, “Tell Jenny what else matters” takes your own words — mobility, sector experience, what to leave out — and Jenny reads them as must-haves, preferences or exclusions for the search, the ranking and the explanations. Travel and soft skills become points to check at screening, not filters. Instructions can’t change approvals or budgets, and protected characteristics such as age or gender are refused as criteria.
Can Jenny send messages?
Only with your approval. Jenny drafts introductions and follow-ups; you see the full message, the recipient and the account it goes from, and approve, edit or reject it. Do-not-contact and suppression lists apply to every message. In Jenny today, drafts wait for your review — sending from Jenny itself isn’t switched on yet — and Jenny sends no LinkedIn messages.
How does the free trial work?
Apply on the trial page and we reply by e-mail; if Jenny fits how you work, we plan a short call and set up a trial workspace with you. What the trial includes and how long it runs are agreed before it starts. Some features are not part of a trial today, such as the chat assistant, hiring-contact discovery, campaigns, e-mail sending and reports; the trial page lists them all. Want to see Jenny first? How is candidate information handled?
In the public demos, CVs and job descriptions are processed in memory and not stored. In Jenny, customer data is used only to do the work you ask for and is not used to train AI models. Workspace records and files are stored and processed in the United States; background work such as saved searches uses a database in the EU (Ireland). So we don’t describe Jenny as EU-hosted.
