Jenny Intelligence · in development

Jenny, beside your
recruiting work

A Chrome side panel for teams that keep their ATS. Open a record, see what Jenny read, ask or prepare — and save nothing until you choose to.

In developmentNot released. Tested with fictional data only; pilots by request.

How it is meant to work

You ask

“Summarise this candidate for the hiring manager and tell me what is missing.”

In developmentFictional data · nothing sent

Jenny · side panel

Context Jenny read: this record and its two notes. Nothing else.

  • Leads a team of three analysts; SQL and Python
  • Applied for Analytics Lead; interview feedback positive on stakeholder work

Missing: salary expectations, people-management scope.

Save brief to the record?

Saving waits for your click — and only where the connection allows it.

In-development preview. Not released; a pilot depends on your system’s permissions.

Where it stands today

  • Chrome side panel

    In development

Built and tested internally. No Chrome Web Store release.

  • ATS access

    In development

Being prepared through a connection provider. No customer ATS is connected; groundwork uses a synthetic Bullhorn test environment.

  • Saving to your ATS

    Planned

Not live. Depends on your system and what you authorise.

What a pilot looks like

  • One team, one workflow
  • Your system and the operations you authorise, agreed in writing
  • Fictional or authorised data, a named owner
  • A joint review at the end

Questions, answered

Which ATS does it support?

None in production yet. Bullhorn, Spott and OTYS are planned first; other systems we assess with you. None is a supported integration today.

Will Jenny write to our ATS?

Not today. Any save would be a deliberate click by a person, limited to what you authorise.

Is it the assistant in Jenny Complete?

Same approach — context, sources, your approval. The Complete assistant works inside the workspace today; Intelligence works beside another system and is in development.

What does it cost?

No price yet. We propose terms only after a pilot shows the workflow is useful.
