Jenny works alongside the CRM or ATS your agency already uses. How far a connection goes depends on that system’s API and the access you grant, so we don’t claim plug-and-play compatibility. Every card below shows its real status today; names are listed for clarity, not as partnerships.

    Available

    Current public job postings, searched live and through saved searches. No account needed. This is the only job source connected today; other job boards are not connected.

  • CSV import from any CRM or ATSCRM & ATS
    Available

    Import candidates, companies, applications and notes from any CRM or ATS export, with column mapping, a preview and duplicate checks. CV files are added separately. Works today in every workspace.

In the product; works once the needed account or key is connected. Each card says what is needed and whether it has been verified live.

    Company and decision-maker data with verified e-mail and phone lookups, reviewed before saving and with spend limits. The connector is in the product but needs an Apollo account; it is not yet activated or verified live, so Jenny shows clearly labelled sample data.

    Needs setup

    Real delivery of the e-mails you approve. Drafting, approval and scheduling work today; until an e-mail provider and a verified sending domain are connected for your workspace, sends are recorded as simulated, never as sent. Attachments are not sent yet.

    Early access

    Opt-in AI search of public web pages for people linked to a vacancy. Every lead quotes its source and is reviewed before saving. It is not a source of job postings, and each search counts towards the workspace’s daily usage limit.

  • LinkedIn RecruiterData source
    Early access

    Candidate search through Unipile on a LinkedIn Recruiter seat connected by Forti8, with a limited number of result pages per search and within an allowance. This is not a LinkedIn partner integration; an agency’s own seat can’t be connected per workspace yet, and Jenny sends no LinkedIn messages or InMails. LinkedIn Recruiter CSV exports can be imported per job.

    Connect a mailbox so CVs and job descriptions arrive in Jenny, linked to the right records. In development — not available yet.

With a native connector (built on request), Jenny would read only the data you authorise through your system’s API, and write back only where that API supports it and you allow it.
