Present
Client-ready CVs
with nothing invented
For recruiters who present candidates to clients. Jenny assembles a tailored or anonymised CV from the candidate’s checked profile using fixed rules, so every line traces back to the original CV. You approve each version and export it as PDF or DOCX.
The problem
Reformatting a CV should not change what it says
Preparing a client CV usually means copying the candidate’s document into the agency layout, deleting contact details, moving the relevant skills up and hoping nothing was lost or embellished on the way. Each manual edit is a chance for an error the client spots before you do.
Text generators make the job faster but add a different risk: a fluent paragraph about experience the candidate never claimed. In a client presentation, one invented fact costs more than a plain layout ever will.
What changes
- Every line comes from the candidate’s recorded profile, and the work history text is kept word for word.
- Skills that match the job’s must-haves move to the top, so the client sees the relevant evidence first.
- An anonymised version replaces the candidate’s name and every employer name for blind presentations.
- Requirements the profile does not support are listed next to the draft, so you know what to raise before the client does.
- Each version is tied to one candidate, job and client, and only approved versions can be linked to a submission.

Candidate presentation
How it works
01
Keep the original
Upload the candidate’s CV as PDF or DOCX. Jenny preserves the file and shows the text it extracted.
02
Check the facts
Compare the structured profile with the original and correct it. Jenny can propose fields from the CV; you accept them row by row.
03
Generate a version
Choose the job, the section language and named or anonymised, confirm the facts were checked, and generate.
04
Review and approve
Read the draft beside the original, the list of changes and the unsupported requirements, then approve that version.
05
Export and check
Download PDF or DOCX. Before sharing, check the file name and document properties as well as the content.
You provide
- The candidate’s original CV as PDF or DOCX, with readable text
- A candidate profile you checked against that CV: title, skills, experience, languages and education
- The job the CV is for
- Your choices: section language (English, Dutch or French) and named or anonymised
Jenny produces
- A tailored CV version linked to the candidate, the job and the client
- A plain note of what changed: skills reordered, section labels set, identity kept or anonymised
- A list of the job’s requirements that the recorded profile does not support
- PDF and DOCX files with your agency name in the header
What it depends on
- The candidate’s original CV as PDF or DOCX with readable text — a scanned CV without a text layer cannot be used as the source.
- Your agency name in the agency profile, which appears in the header of every version.
- The candidate’s agreement to be presented to this client, recorded by you on the candidate — Jenny never assumes it.
Approval and privacy controls
- A version can only be generated from an original CV with successfully extracted text, and only after you confirm the facts were checked against it.
- The CV is assembled by fixed rules, not written by AI: no sentence is added, reworded or translated.
- If the candidate’s recorded facts change after a version was generated, that version can no longer be approved — generate a new one.
- Submissions accept only approved versions for the same candidate and job.
Current limitations
- Branding is limited to the agency name in the page header. Logos, colours and custom templates are not available yet.
- The language setting changes the section headings. The candidate’s descriptions stay in the language they were recorded in.
- Anonymisation replaces the name and employer names only. Location, education and the wording of job descriptions are kept, so read them for anything that identifies the candidate or a former employer.
- A few special characters cannot be drawn in the PDF font; when that happens, Jenny asks you to export DOCX instead.
- Linking an approved CV to a submission does not send the file: e-mail attachments are not delivered today, so share the downloaded file yourself. Introduction packages that send approved CVs as attachments are in development.
Questions about cv generation
Does AI write the CV?
No. AI can help you fill the candidate profile from the original CV, but you accept every proposed field yourself. The CV is then assembled from that checked profile by fixed rules: skills are reordered for the job and section labels are set, while the work history is kept word for word.
What exactly is removed in an anonymised CV?
The candidate’s name is replaced by a neutral label, also in the file name Jenny proposes, and each employer becomes “Employer 1”, “Employer 2” and so on. Title, location, languages, education and job descriptions stay as recorded, so read them first: a description can still name a client or a former employer.
Can we use our logo and our own template?
Not yet. Today the header shows the agency name from your agency profile and the footer reads “Candidate presentation”. Logos and custom templates are not available.
Can I produce the same CV in Dutch or French?
You can set the section headings to English, Dutch or French. Jenny does not translate the candidate’s own descriptions, because translating would mean rewording facts. If a client needs a fully translated CV, translate and check those parts yourself.
What should I check before a CV goes to a client?
Open the exported file and look beyond the content: the file name and the document properties, especially for an anonymised version. Make sure you share the approved version, and that the candidate agreed to be presented to this client.
