Jenny is a product of Forti8, a software company founded in January 2026 by Kevin Clement. Forti8 builds software and AI systems for companies whose work has outgrown their tools; Jenny is its product for recruiters.
The founder
Kevin Clement has worked in recruitment for more than fifteen years, most of it in IT, alongside white-collar and blue-collar recruitment.
From 2015 to 2026 he was a senior IT recruitment consultant at Celestial Consulting in the Antwerp area, recruiting across the Benelux for technical roles such as SAP, engineering and DevOps, and building client portfolios. His LinkedIn profile lists more than 200 IT professionals placed, at companies including PwC, Deloitte, Brussels Airlines and Daikin Europe.
Alongside that he worked as a freelance senior SAP recruiter for Capgemini (2024–2025) and as a senior consultant for Sopra Steria (2025), led IT contracting for Flanders at Gentis (2024), and was responsible for contracting in Belgium, France and Switzerland at PYCOGroup (2019–2020). He was a partner at Humanistix (2018–2019) and co-founded the IT recruitment firm Madison IT (2016–2017).

Why Jenny exists
A recruiter’s best hours go to conversations with candidates and clients. In practice many of those hours disappear into searching, cross-checking profiles, rewriting CVs and drafting the same kind of message again.
Jenny takes on that groundwork and shows its reasoning — where a result came from, what is proven, what is still unknown — while decisions, relationships and anything that goes out under your name stay with you.
