In-house recruitment teams
Give your talent team
a clearer next step
For recruiters hiring for their own company. Start with a scoped pilot beside your ATS: one team, one workflow, outputs your recruiters review.
For corporate talent acquisition — not internal mobility for existing employees.
Who’s involved
- Champion
- Head of TA, recruiting ops lead or senior recruiter
- Decides
- TA or People leader who owns recruiting capacity and spend
- Reviews
- IT, security, privacy, procurement — and the hiring manager
Your ATS stays the system of record. Jenny prepares the work around it, so recruiters spend time deciding, not compiling.

Runs on records in the Jenny workspace. No live ATS connection; how data gets in is agreed per pilot.
The pilot in five steps
01
Pick
One team, one role family or workflow
02
Scope
The data you authorise and a named owner
03
Baseline
How the workflow runs today, your definitions
04
Run
An agreed period; recruiters review every output
05
Review
Continue, adjust or stop — together
What we’d measure with you
- Time to a reviewed shortlist
- Hiring-manager view of relevance
- Re-use of candidates you already had
- Admin avoided — and data gaps or errors found
Pilot measures, not results achieved. A match score is not a probability of hire.
Prove one workflow first. Then add users, roles or workflows — a company-wide agreement is a separate step.
Questions from TA, IT and procurement
Do we need to connect our ATS?
No. A pilot can start from an authorised export or reviewed dataset. A live connection depends on your system and permissions, and is assessed — not promised.
Who makes decisions?
Your people. Jenny prepares; recruiters review. Nothing is sent or saved without a person choosing to.
Where is data processed?
The Jenny app runs on Vercel (US East) and stores workspace records in the US; some background data is in the EU (Ireland). AI runs through Anthropic’s API, which doesn’t train on it. Details on the Data & security page. Data & security
Retention and deletion?
Agreed per pilot. Self-service export and erasure are not in the workspace yet; requests go to hello@forti8.io.
SSO, SCIM, certifications?
We don’t claim SSO/SAML, SCIM, ISO 27001 or SOC 2 today. Tell us early if your review needs them.
Our procurement process?
Send your questionnaire. We answer with what’s in place today and what isn’t.
