These terms apply to jennyhires.com and its public demos. The Jenny app (jennyos.com) is used under a separate written agreement.

1. About these terms

jennyhires.com is operated by Forti8 (Colombia) — see the legal notice. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Using the public demos

The demos are free, provided as they are, to evaluate Jenny. Daily usage limits apply.

  • Only upload a CV you are allowed to share: your own, or one the candidate agreed to share. Leave out sensitive data (such as health, beliefs or origin).
  • Don’t use the demos to collect data, overload or test the service, get around the limits, or copy the service.
  • Results are generated with AI and may be wrong or incomplete. Vacancies come from third parties and can change or close at any time; the profiles in the job description demo are fictional.

3. Products, prices and availability

Prices are indicative and exclude VAT. A subscription only starts with a written agreement. The availability labels describe the state of each feature on the date shown and may change.

4. Intellectual property

The site and its content belong to Forti8 or its licensors. You may use the site for your own information and evaluation; any other use needs our written permission.

5. Other websites and services

Links to other websites (such as LinkedIn job postings or Calendly) are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content.

6. Liability

The site and the demos are information, not advice. To the extent the law allows, Forti8 is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of demo results, for the content of third-party vacancies, or for the site being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may change the site, the demos and these terms. The version on this page, with its date, applies.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of Colombia. Disputes go to the competent courts of Bucaramanga, Colombia, unless mandatory law in your country of residence says otherwise.
