Present
Present candidates
exactly as approved
For recruiters who put candidates in front of clients and contact people in batches. Choose the candidates and their approved CVs, and let Jenny draft the introduction or one personal e-mail per recipient. You review every word, and nothing can go out until you approve that exact version.
The problem
The e-mails with names in them carry the most risk
An introduction puts a candidate in front of a hiring contact. Send it to the wrong person, include last month’s CV or present someone who never agreed to be put forward, and you lose the trust of both. These mistakes rarely come from not knowing better; they come from a draft that was edited after someone checked it.
Outreach in batches has the opposite problem. Forty personal e-mails take an afternoon, a mail merge reads like one, and neither remembers the person who asked last month not to be contacted again. Good outreach needs a message that fits each person and rules that stop the wrong e-mail before it leaves.
What changes
- Candidates, their approved CVs and the client e-mail are prepared in one place instead of across a mailbox, a folder and a spreadsheet.
- Only CV versions built from the checked profile and approved for that candidate and job can go with a presentation, anonymised or with your agency name.
- Each outreach recipient gets a personal draft, written by Claude from your brief and their recorded profile, in English, Dutch or French.
- One approval covers one recipient and one version of the content; any later edit asks for a new approval.
- People marked do-not-contact, who opted out or who are on the suppression list are left out, each with a stated reason.

- Senior Financial Controller — two candidates for your review
Dear Contact A,
Following your brief, here are two candidates for the Senior Financial Controller role:
• Candidate A — Finance Manager: every must-have supported on record; SAP still to verify
• Candidate B (anonymised) — Group Controller: consolidation experience on record; notice period unknown
Would a short call this week suit you to discuss next steps?
Approved — will be recorded as simulated until an e-mail provider is connected
How it works
01
Choose the people
For an introduction, pick candidates from a job’s shortlist or an opportunity. For outreach, pick candidates or client contacts; Jenny shows who is left out and why.
02
Pick approved CVs
Choose the approved CV version for each candidate, anonymised or with your agency name, or open CV generation to prepare and approve one first.
03
Review the drafts
Jenny drafts the introduction from recorded facts, or Claude writes one e-mail per recipient from your objective, language and tone. Edit every draft; campaign e-mails carry an opt-out line.
04
Preview and approve
Read the full e-mail, the recipients and the CV list. The confirm step states what will happen, including whether delivery will be real or simulated.
05
Send or schedule
Send now or set a time once sending is switched on; it isn’t switched on in production yet, so each send is recorded as simulated. Real delivery will also need an e-mail provider.
06
Record the reply
Replies are not detected. Log a reply or outcome by hand, and move the candidate on in the pipeline when the client responds.
Worked example: Two candidates for a logistics company in Antwerp
Illustrative — fictional data01 · Choose candidates
From the shortlist for a Senior Financial Controller role, you pick Candidate A and Candidate B. Both have a recorded permission to be presented; Candidate B only anonymously.
02 · Pick the CVs
Candidate A gets the approved CV with your agency name in the header; Candidate B the approved anonymised version, with name and employers replaced.
03 · Review the draft
Jenny drafts the introduction to Contact A, Head of Finance, from recorded facts: every must-have supported for Candidate A, notice period unknown for Candidate B. You shorten the opening.
04 · Approve
The confirm step lists the recipient, the sender, both candidates and their CV versions, and says delivery will be simulated because no e-mail provider is connected yet.
05 · Send and share
The send is recorded as simulated and nobody is marked as introduced. You copy the approved text into your own mailbox and attach the two downloaded PDFs.
06 · In development
Not available yet: an introduction package would attach both approved CVs and send them under that same single approval.
You provide
- For an introduction: a job or opportunity with a hiring contact who has an e-mail address
- The candidates to present, each with a recorded permission to be presented
- For outreach: candidates or client contacts recorded in Jenny, a campaign objective, a language and a tone
- Your edits, your approval and, if you schedule, a send time
Jenny produces
- A client introduction listing the approved CV version for each candidate, or “No CV attached”
- A campaign with one personal draft per included recipient, and a list of people left out with the reason
- An approval record: who approved, when, and for which recipient, sender, content and candidates
- A send record that says whether the provider accepted the e-mail or the send was simulated

What it depends on
- An e-mail provider with a verified sending domain for real delivery; until it is connected, sends are simulated
- A presentation permission recorded on each candidate’s profile: anonymous, named, or with the CV shared
- An approved CV version per candidate from CV generation, built from a checked original
- AI drafting by Claude for campaign e-mails, within your workspace’s daily AI limits
- A full workspace: campaigns and sending settings are not part of trial workspaces
Approval and privacy controls
- Approval is required by default and is bound to the exact recipient, sender, subject, text, candidates and CV versions; changing any of them clears it. Switching approval off is an administrator setting.
- Approval is refused when no permission to present a candidate is recorded, or when the permission does not cover a named presentation or sharing the CV.
- A workspace stop switch pauses all sending at once, and every condition is checked again at the moment of sending.
- Do-not-contact flags, opt-outs and a suppression list by e-mail address or whole domain are checked before every send, and a daily limit holds e-mails above it until the next day.
- Sample and fictional records cannot be sent to, and a simulated send is never reported as sent.
Current limitations
- Real delivery needs an e-mail provider with a verified sending domain. Until then every send is recorded as simulated: nobody receives it, and a simulated send marks nobody as introduced.
- CVs are not attached to e-mails yet. Download the approved PDF or DOCX and share it yourself.
- Introduction packages with attached CVs, automatic sending policies and delivery events such as delivered or bounced are in development, not available.
- Replies are not detected and follow-ups are never sent automatically; you log replies by hand.
- LinkedIn messaging is switched off, so outreach runs by e-mail only.
- Jenny does not decide whether an e-mail is allowed: the Belgian Data Protection Authority treats unsolicited e-mails that promote your services as advertising that generally needs prior consent, also at work addresses, so check the e-mail marketing rules where the recipient is.
Questions about presentations & outreach
Does anyone receive the e-mail today?
Only once an e-mail provider with a verified sending domain is connected for your workspace. Until then Jenny records the send as simulated: nobody receives it, it is never reported as sent and the candidate is not marked as introduced. To reach someone now, copy the approved text into your own mailbox and attach the downloaded CV.
What happens if I edit the e-mail after approving it?
The approval stops applying. It covers one exact combination of recipient, sender, content and candidates, so any change puts the e-mail back to awaiting approval. Saving identical text again keeps the approval.
Does Jenny check that a candidate agreed to be presented?
Yes. Approval is refused when no presentation permission is recorded for a candidate, when it does not allow a named presentation, or when sharing the CV is not permitted. Record the permission on the candidate’s profile first; Jenny never infers it.
Can e-mails go out without anyone approving them?
Approval is required by default. Switching it off is an administrator setting for the whole workspace, not a check on each user, and even then a send needs a click or a schedule someone set. Automatic sending of approved introductions, off by default and with limits, is in development; no date is set.
How do unsubscribes work?
Every campaign e-mail carries an opt-out line. When someone opts out, you mark it in Jenny: the address goes on the suppression list and no further e-mail goes to it from any candidate or contact record. You can also suppress a whole domain.
