Manage

Your jobs,
your own careers page

For agencies that want candidates to apply directly. Publish a job from Jenny to your workspace’s careers page; candidates apply with a short form and a consent checkbox, and each application arrives on the job’s pipeline for you to review.

Status in productionAvailableAvailable in production for an agency’s own workspace, not in client trial workspaces. Jobs go to your own careers page only, and the form takes no CV file.

The problem

Direct applicants should not wait in an inbox folder

Applications that arrive by e-mail have to be read, saved, typed into the database and added to the right vacancy. Some slip through; others are added twice because the person was already on file under another record.

Advertising a vacancy also comes with obligations. The client has to agree to the role being published, and an applicant has to agree to their details being stored before you keep them.

What changes

  • Open jobs are listed on one page under your agency’s name, searchable by role, skill or location.
  • Each application creates a candidate record and adds it to the job’s pipeline at Sourced, with the source recorded.
  • Consent to store the application and contact the applicant is required before the form can be submitted.
  • A self-submitted application never overwrites a record your team manages; a matching e-mail address is flagged for you to review and merge.
  • Applying twice for the same job does not create a second application.

How it works

  1. 01

    Prepare the job

Make sure the job has a description and required skills; both are needed before it can be published.

  2. 02

    Confirm authorisation

Tick that the client has authorised publishing the vacancy, and preview the public listing if you want to check it first.

  3. 03

    Publish

The job appears on your careers page with its location, languages, required skills, start date and salary range where recorded.

  4. 04

    Receive applications

Candidates enter their name, e-mail, current role, location, skills and languages, tick the consent box and receive a reference number.

  5. 05

    Review in the pipeline

The applicant appears at Sourced on the job, marked as a careers application with self-reported details to check.

  6. 06

    Close the vacancy

Closing the job removes it from the page, and new applications for it are refused.

You provide

  • A job with a description and required skills
  • Your confirmation that the client authorised the publication
  • Your agency name in the workspace settings, shown at the top of the page

Jenny produces

  • A public careers page for your workspace, listing every open, published job
  • A detail view per job with description, responsibilities, requirements, start date and salary where recorded
  • Per application: a candidate record, an application at Sourced on the job, a timeline entry and a reference number for the applicant

Sources and their status

Your workspace careers pageAvailableThe only place Jenny publishes jobs today.

What it depends on

  • Your agency’s own Jenny workspace — a client trial workspace cannot publish a careers page.
  • The client’s authorisation to publish each vacancy, confirmed by you before publishing.
  • Your own website, job-board posts or e-mail signature to link to the page, because Jenny does not post jobs elsewhere.

Approval and privacy controls

  • A job cannot be published until you confirm the client authorised it and it has a description and required skills.
  • The form cannot be submitted without the consent checkbox, which names your agency.
  • Self-reported details never update a record your team manages; an e-mail match is flagged as a possible duplicate instead.
  • Unpublished jobs can be previewed by your team but do not accept applications.
  • Applications from one connection are limited per day to keep automated submissions out.

Current limitations

  • Jobs are published only to your workspace’s own careers page. There is no multiposting to LinkedIn, VDAB or other job boards.
  • The application form does not take a CV file; request the CV when you contact the applicant.
  • Each listing shows the client company recorded on the job; there is no option to hide the client’s name.
  • The page is hosted by Jenny at an address for your workspace. There is no custom domain, and branding is limited to your agency name.
  • Client trial workspaces do not include a careers page.

Questions about careers page

Can Jenny post my jobs on LinkedIn or other job boards?

No. Publishing updates your workspace’s own careers page only. Job-board multiposting is not part of Jenny today; keep posting on boards as you do now and link to your careers page where it helps.

What happens when someone applies?

Jenny creates a candidate record from the form, notes that the details are self-reported and need review, and adds the person to the job’s pipeline at Sourced. The applicant sees a confirmation with a reference number, and the application appears on the job and candidate timelines.

What if the applicant is already in my database?

Jenny never attaches a self-submission to a record your team manages. If the e-mail address already exists, a separate applicant record is created and flagged as a possible duplicate, so you can compare and merge them. Facts your team has verified stay as they are.

Can applicants upload a CV?

No. The form asks for name, e-mail, current role, location, skills and languages. Ask for the CV when you contact the applicant and upload it to their record, where Jenny reads it for your review.

How do candidates find the page?

Each workspace has its own careers page address, which you can open from any job’s Publishing tab. Link to it from your website, your job-board posts or your e-mail signature.
