Jenny does the legwork

From a candidate to a relevant company, to the right contact, to an introduction you approve. Pick an example and press play — every company, contact and candidate here is fictional.

  2. Relevant company
  3. Right contact
  4. Introduction you approve

You ask Jenny

“Find Belgian companies hiring finance professionals, compare them with the candidates I select, and prepare introductions for my review.”

  4. 04Prepare introductions as drafts — send nothing

Assumption shown before starting: “Belgian companies” means the job is located in Belgium.

Her own cloud computer

Your laptop
stays yours

Jenny Bot works in an isolated browser on her own cloud computer, so research doesn’t run on your laptop or tie up your screen. Each task gets a fresh computer that is closed when the task ends.

  • Watch her work

See the page she is on and the step she is taking.

  • Check the evidence

Every finding keeps its source link and the time she saw it.

  • Pause or take over

Pause Jenny, take the controls yourself and hand back when you’re ready.

  • Logins stay with you

When a site asks for a login or a security check, Jenny stops and waits for you.

Jenny Bot doesn’t control your own computer. Each cloud computer works on one task, within the time and budget set for it.

Hello Ms Peeters — I noticed Meridian is hiring a Financial Controller. I work with a controller who led an IFRS consolidation across three entities…

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

Something not covered? Ask in the demo or email hello@forti8.io.

What is Jenny?

AI recruiting software from Forti8. Jenny turns your candidates, vacancies and notes into work you can review — explained matches, rediscovered candidates, research and drafts with sources. You decide what happens next.

What is the difference between Jenny Complete and Jenny Intelligence?

Complete is the full recruiting workspace and runs in production today. Intelligence is a Chrome side panel in development, for teams that keep their own ATS. It is not released; we discuss pilots where the system fits.

Is Jenny Intelligence available?

Not yet. It has been tested with fictional data only — no Chrome Web Store release, no customer ATS connected, nothing written back. Tell us your ATS and one workflow and we’ll assess a pilot.

Where does Jenny Light fit?

Light is today’s entry plan with a monthly allowance, from €99 a month excl. VAT, on its current terms. It is a plan, not the browser companion.

What is Jenny Bot, and is it available?

The goal-based capability we’re building: Jenny works on her own cloud computer and reports back with sources. Not available yet and not in any subscription; early access by request.

Can I review Jenny’s work?

Yes. Every result comes with its sources, and every Jenny Bot task keeps a record of each step it took. Messages, sharing candidate details and changes to your records wait for your approval.

Does Jenny replace my CRM or ATS, and which systems does she work with?

No, she works alongside it. Today you bring data in with a CSV export from any CRM or ATS: candidates, companies, applications and notes, with column mapping, a preview and duplicate checks (CV files are added separately). Nothing is written back. A native connector depends on your system’s API and the access you grant; none exists yet, and we build them on request rather than promise compatibility. If you’d rather have everything in one place, Jenny Complete includes its own CRM and ATS.

Does a strong match mean the candidate is interested?

No. A strong match means your records support the vacancy’s criteria — often from an earlier process. It says nothing about whether the person is interested or available today, so you confirm that first. When you match a vacancy against your database, the score measures how well the recorded evidence covers the criteria: relevance, not a probability of being hired. What is unknown stays “to verify”.

Can Jenny send messages?

Only with your approval. Jenny drafts introductions and follow-ups; you see the full message, the recipient and the account it goes from, and approve, edit or reject it. Do-not-contact and suppression lists apply to every message. In Jenny today, drafts wait for your review — sending from Jenny itself isn’t switched on yet — and Jenny sends no LinkedIn messages.

How is candidate information handled?

In the public demos, CVs and job descriptions are processed in memory and not stored. In Jenny, customer data is used only to do the work you ask for and is not used to train AI models. Workspace records and files are stored and processed in the United States; background work such as saved searches uses a database in the EU (Ireland). So we don’t describe Jenny as EU-hosted. The Data & security page has the details.
